Woodbury man has guided relief effort

A drive to raise a $150,000 'gift from Minnesota' to tsunami-stricken Sri Lanka is taking shape.
A Woodbury man, Srilal Liyanapathiranage, said the Sri Lankan government has assigned a group of Minnesotans the task of rebuilding part of a coastal village near the resort city of Galle, population 85,000, on the southern edge of the island nation."
