SYDNEY, March 23 (Reuters) - Three months after the tsunami, nearly US$800 million in aid pledged by the Australian government has yet to reach victims of the disaster, but another US$220 million donated by Australians in the street is flowing smoothly.
A total of A$280 million (US$220 million) has been raised by aid groups ranging from the Australian Red Cross to trade unions, according to the Australian Council for International Development, which monitors non-government organisations"
