What you rarely hear about are the good stories like www.tsunamis.com, a site developed in just a few days by a good cyber-citizen who negotiated to buy the domain name and then started developing resources to assist those in need. The editor-owner is still developing content and functionality, and it may not be the prettiest site you've ever seen, but it sure is full of heart.
